FAQ’s

  • To log into your Vesica account go to our website at www.vesica.org.
  • On our homepage at the top right, click the Login/Register link.
  • After you have logged in you will be taken to your “My Account” page, select “Your Courses” on the left.
  • This will take you to the page with your Course access. Select the specific course you choose to access by selecting ‘View’.

Our Online Courses work best with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, or Edge. Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, because it has critical security issues. Internet Explorer has been replaced by Edge. We do not recommend using Edge, but if you must our website will work correctly with it. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up-to-date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly.

Vesica only allows one registration per email address.  We do this to avoid confusion, and to protect each person’s Vesica account. You may have registered before at Vesica. To see if you already have an account try logging in. Click on “Forgot my password” on the login page and provide your email address to get your login information sent to you. If unsuccessful at retrieving your login information, please contact us at tech@vesica.org

Check your junk mail or spam folder for our email. If you don’t find it there contact us at tech@vesica.org and let us know what happened. We will verify your account as soon as possible. Be sure to include your User ID and the email address you used to register.

Mac users will need: Safari, Firefox, Chrome. or Opera. Intel-based Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or newer.
Broadband Internet connection.

PC users will need: Internet Explorer 9 (or newer), Firefox, or Chrome. Windows XP or newer.

2. Quit and restart browser

4. Check firewall settings. If you have a firewall or anti-virus software enabled—or if you’re connected to the Internet through a proxy server—you may need to whitelist the domains below in order to access videos; This may also be necessary if you’re accessing courses through a private network.

If the above measures do not fix the issue, it may be a temporary bandwidth problem with our video server. Take a break and try later.

5. If issues still persist, contact tech@vesica.org. Please include your login and password so we can best address the problem.

In order to play Vimeo videos on Ubuntu (and some other Linux operating systems), you will need the following packages:

Chromium: 
chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra

Firefox: 
gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 
streamer0.10-ffmpeg

If you’re using a Linux OS other than Ubuntu and this doesn’t do the trick, we recommend reaching out to the OS community for assistance.

Try again to register. Fill in the login, email, and password fields and then click on ‘Enroll’.  If you get an error again please contact us at tech@vesica.org and let us know what happened and what error message you received.  Be sure to include your User ID and the email address you tried to use to register.

We will correct the problem as soon as possible.

After logging in use the Account link at the top of any page on the site to change your information, including password, email and shipping addresses.

We are currently only accepting authorized returns at our P.O. box.  All returns must be authorized by contacting info@vesica.org.  Any package received at our P.O. box that is not pre-approved by the Vesica Staff will be refused, unopened and returned to sender. If no return address is present the item will be discarded.
