Returns: We accept returns within 60 days of purchase as long as items are in good condition. Damaged items can not be refunded unless damage was incurred in shipping. We are unable to take returns on BioGeometry jewelry items once they have been worn.
Shipping: We ship USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise requested. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your items if you live within the continental US. International shipments often require a minimum of 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country. We are unable to provide guarantee arrival for international shipments unless you request UPS or Fed Ex shipping. However, we can provide proof of shipment and a customs number. We are not able to provide a refund for overseas lost or damaged packages unless shipped by UPS or Fed Ex. Because of ongoing issues with delays, we will only ship by UPS or Fed Ex to certain countries, including India, by UPS or Fed Ex. Please email us for quotes or questions.
Back-orders: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the item is not available and ask if you would like to back-order it. We receive BioGeometry shipments from Egypt only 2-3 times a year, so the wait can be 3-4 months for these items. But we are happy to back-order the items and will ship them as soon as we receive them.
Class Refund Policy: For cancellation before the event's early registration deadline we offer a full refund minus processing fee ($75 for intensives, $35 for weekend courses). From early registration deadline until 48 hours before class begins 50% refund will be given minus processing fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before class begins will not receive refund.
