Returns:

1. We accept returns for refund within 15 days of purchase as long as items are in unused condition.
2. We accept returns for credit 15-60 days after purchase as long as items are in unused condition.
3. If you received incorrect or damaged items, we will credit you for the return shipping costs.  You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged items.
4. Damaged items can not be refunded unless damage was incurred during shipping.
5. We are unable to take returns on BioGeometry jewelry items once they have been worn.
6. A restocking fee of 20% may be charged for returns on orders over $500.
7. Credit card processing fees may be charged on returns over $100.
8. We strongly suggest shipping your return using a trackable method with insurance such as UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for return packages not received.

Shipping:

1. We ship USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation unless otherwise requested. All USPS orders require a signature.
2. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your items if you live within the continental US. We normally ship several times a week, but this can deviate when classes are in session.
3. International shipments often require a minimum of 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country.
4. We are unable to provide guarantee arrival for international shipments unless you request UPS or Fed Ex shipping. However, we can provide proof of shipment and a customs number.
5. We are not able to provide a refund for overseas lost or damaged packages unless shipped by UPS or Fed Ex.
6. Because of ongoing issues with delays,  we will only ship by UPS or Fed Ex to certain countries, including India, by UPS or Fed Ex.  Please email us for quotes or questions.

Back-orders:

1. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the item is not available and ask if you would like to back-order it.
2. We receive BioGeometry shipments from Egypt only 2-3 times a year, so the wait can be 3-4 months for these items. But we are happy to back-order the items and will ship them as soon as we receive them.

Class Refund Policy:

1. For cancellation before the event's early registration deadline we offer a full refund minus processing fee ($75 for intensives (4-7 day classes), $35 for weekend or one day courses).
2. From early registration deadline until 2 business days before class begins 50% refund will be given minus processing fee.
3. Cancellations less than 48 hours before class begins will not receive refund, but the tuition (minus the cancellation fee) can be used toward an event within the year. This applies to all events taught by Vesica staff. It may not apply to classes presented by visiting instructors.
4. Classes that are being taught by someone other than Vesica Staff; cancellation details may differ; please contact our office for details
5. Please make sure to contact us by telephone if you are not attending. In the event you call during non-business hours, please be sure to leave a voice mail. "No-Show's" will not receive a refund and will not be able to apply tuition to a future event.
